Included Support Session
Each month, you receive an hour-long tech support session that can be used for a virtual or in-person appointment. At this appointment, we can work on specific items you outline for us or we can do a tech health check. Technology requires ongoing support to ensure everything runs smoothly, so these routine appointments are essential for maintaining your devices.
Better yet, if you don’t use your included session one month, it will roll over to the next as long as you maintain your membership!
Reduced Rates
When you need additional support beyond what is included in your membership, you can take advantage of our à la carte services at reduced prices.
Virtual Support: $49 / hour
In-Person Support: $59 / hour

Emails About Urgent Updates
Occasionally, the companies that make the operating systems that run on your devices, such as Apple and Microsoft, release critical updates. It is vital that you install these updates as soon as possible as they contain important fixes to help keep you safe.
Instead of you having to keep an eye out for these, we do! We monitor the updates, and if there is an important one, we reach out to inform you. Better yet, your Shark can take care of these updates for you during their monthly visits, if you prefer.
