Joshua Natinsky founded Support Sharks to address two challenges he encountered in his life: older generations seeking tech support and young people with technical expertise to share and a desire to gain independence through earning money.

At Support Sharks, young, ambitious teens provide exceptional tech support. This opportunity opens countless doors for our Sharks, allowing them to gain valuable customer service and work experience while also being paid well for their time and talents. Our Sharks are very patient. If you don’t understand something they said, simply let them know. They are always happy to explain it again using different language so you fully grasp what they did to fix the problem.

Personalized Face-to-face Service

Each time you schedule a support session with us, you can be assured that you will be helped by a passionate Shark who will tailor their support to your needs. Additionally, we provide all of our virtual support via video chat, so you can have a face-to-face conversation, just like you would in person.

How is the support provided?

We provide support in two ways: virtually through video chat and in person.

Video chat lets us use our mouse and keyboard to control your computer remotely. We do this so that you can still see and talk to the Shark who is providing you with support, but we do not have to physically come to your home to assist you.

If you would prefer us to come to your home to support you, we offer that as well. Keep in mind that some support is better suited to in-person assistance rather than virtual.

Who will be helping me?

All of our support is provided by our Sharks, a team of young people who are very comfortable with technology. They are highly proficient with the ins and outs of how technology works because they have used it from their earliest days.

How long will it be before I hear back after submitting a Support Membership sign-up form?

Our team will receive your request immediately and reach out to you within one business day to set up your Support Membership.

What if you can't solve my problem?

While we can solve most challenges on the spot, if we require additional information, we will schedule a follow-up meeting to research the problem further.

For information regarding what happens if we cannot solve it within the expected time, please refer to “What if it takes more than one session to fix my problem?”.

What if it takes more than one session to fix my problem?

While most problems can be fixed within 90 minutes, if not shorter, some require more time.

Sometimes other issues arise during our work that may require additional time to resolve, as well.

In these rare situations, we will either extend the current appointment or schedule a follow-up meeting to resolve the problem.

When/how do I pay?

You will be billed after we support you, as it may be difficult to determine exactly how long it will take to resolve your challenges beforehand.

After your in-person appointment, you can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

If the session is virtual, you will receive an email with a link to pay using a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo, or Apple Pay.
